Volunteer

Last year, 113 boats registered to paddle in the Regatta... and 75 volunteers help to make it all happen on Race Day. There is registration, t-shirts to give away, breakfast to make for campers, start line coordination, parking & traffic control, race timing, awards, photography, and transportation to get everyone back to their cars from the Finish Line.

All of the net proceeds from the Regatta go to support the Powell River Blueway Trail project which is a function of the Claiborne County Tourism Commission and the Claiborne County Chamber of Commerce. The Blueway Trail project creates, improves and maintains public access points onto the Powell River in Tennessee.

Volunteering your time is a great way to support the Regatta and the Blueway Trail Project. It is also a fun time and a chance to meet new friends. By Volunteering you will also become a proud recipient of this year's Regatta T-Shirt!
