On Race Day, Saturday April 26, 2025, please note the following:

The Start Line is at Well Being Retreat Center. Use 557 Narrows Road, Tazewell, TN for GPS. More detailed driving directions are HERE.

You must sign in at least 30 minutes before the Start Time for your event and be at the On-Deck Circle with your boat ready to go at least 20 minutes before your Race Start Time.

Race Start Times will be announced earlier in the week before the race (by Monday April 21, 2025.

Your transportation back to the Start Line from the Finish Line will be provided.

If you would like to come Friday evening and camp and/or stay over Saturday evening, there is a licensed campground at the Start Line with full service bathrooms adjacent. Friday Supper and Saturday breakfast are also available. More information HERE (information will be available after February 1, 2025)

If you did not pre-register by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on Wednesday April 23rd, and you wish to participate in the Regatta, you may only participate in the "Recreational" category which will not be timed and for which no prize money is offered.

If you pre-registered but arrive late for your event, you will not be allowed to race in your competitive event but will  be allowed to paddle with the "Recreational" category​ which will not be timed and for which no prize money is offered.
